Biotechnology and Public Data

Biotechnology and Public Data resources consist of UTSW’s Single-Cell RNA-sequencing data, UMB’s Genomics Core, and the UW Biotechnology Core. These resources provide single-cell RNA-sequencing and cellular identification in urogenital tissues, gene expression analysis, DNA sequencing, and genome editing along with animal models and mass spectrometry.
