The Rodent Urinary Function Testing (RUFT) Core at the George M. O’Brien Center for Benign Urology Research:
- Designs, validates, and disseminates protocols for
rodent urinary function testing. We also provide urinary function testing services using our state-of-the-art equipment. - Provides expertise, laboratory space, vivarium, and equipment for complete mouse urinary function testing.
The UW O’Brien Center utilizes the RUFT Core Facility for bladder and urinary measurements of mouse lower urinary tracts and quantification of lower urinary tract metrics.
